- Characters count to 10 by counting jumping jacks.
- The characters pair up and help each other complete each activity.
- They all learn to take turns while completing the obstacles.
What We Learn:
- Exercising is fun!
- We can take turns and work together to help each other complete tasks.
- Exercise is good for you.
Why it is Important:
- Presenting exercise in a fun way, like the “boot camp”, can motivate children to exercise and participate in something fun.
- Watching Stella and Ami take turns on the ladder, Jelli and Listo take turns on the bars, and Horsi and Dolfi take turns on the tires shows children the importance of taking turns and encouraging each other through challenging tasks.
